Being Uptime-certified and obtaining top customer audit rankings has never made us look like the fat cat that got the canary.
An Uptime Tier IV certification means that LuxConnect’s customers benefit from a design and operational environment, skills, mindset and dedication of our staff which are Tier IV branded, even where the delivered service level qualifies the customer as Tier II only.
Imagine you are having dinner in the brasserie of a Michelin-graded restaurant – the food comes out of the same “starred” kitchen, while the bill is … brasserie!
Likewise, client audits are an integral part of our ongoing customer dialogue and we welcome them as an outstanding means of benchmarking our procedures, service levels and routines.

ISO 27001 Certification
Since December 2019, LuxConnect has continuously renewed its certification ISO 27001:2013, the international standard outlining best practices for information security management systems.
LuxConnect’s certification, evaluated by Certi-Trust, ensures that the company has established a formal set of policies, procedures, processes and systems that manage information risks to its digital and physical presence.
The ISO 27001 certification demonstrates to customers that LuxConnect has a mature, managed and verifiable approach to information security that encompasses not just risk, but also compliance and governance.
ISO 22301 Certification
In 2024, LuxConnect was certified ISO 22301 for the first time. This certification testifies to our efforts in terms of security and resilience, as well as the processes we have put in place to ensure business continuity management.
HDS Certification
We’re proud to hold HDS (Health Data Hosting) certification, the highest standard for sensitive healthcare data protection.
