Digitalizing HR processes at LuxConnect

In line with its CSR policy, LuxConnect aims to be a healthy and pleasant work environment. In this context, a whole range of actions are taken. Setting up a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) was part of this global strategy. Completely integrated into employees’ daily work, it offers them great flexibility and modernizes their interactions with the HR department. It also gives visibility to everyone on colleague’s absences or teleworking, which facilitates the communication and the overall organization.

After a market study leading to the choice of a HRIS solutions, its implementation officially started in 2022. During the implementation phase, the HR team collaborated with other departments through regular meetings. Management played a crucial role, showing enthusiasm and providing unwavering support throughout the project. LuxConnect’s key partners included LuxProvide, our daughter company, where the system had to be deployed too. Additionally, we sought advice from other partner and client companies that had previously implemented the solution.

To ensure smooth adoption, LuxConnect took several actions to engage and train employees. New hires receive training during their onboarding process, while existing employees were informed and trained during a staff meeting. The HR Manager is still available for any further assistance.

The official migration marked a significant step forward in LuxConnect’s HR management, promising improved efficiency and streamlined processes for all involved. 2 years on from its implementation, we are fully satisfied with this tool and continue to explore its possibilities for improving employee well-being and contributing to better internal and digital collaboration.
